Sojourns in our structure usually have a weekly duration, from Saturday to Saturday.

For daily sojourns (2 nights minimum), our prices range between € 35 and € 63 per person per night (according to the type of apartment and the period).

Services included within the price: Services (water, electricity and gas), kitchen utensils, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen linens, hairdryer, TV, final cleaning, covered parking space, WI-FI, courtesy kit. Our prices include the Italian IVA tax (VAT correspondent).

Services not included within the price: Heating during the winter period (from 08/11 to 07/04) is measured on the basis of consumption.

Air conditioning during the summer period in the Azzurro and Arancio apartments is measured on the basis of consumption.

Extra bed for a children (4-11 years): € 150 per week.

Pool linen and swimming caps.

Sojourn tax (charged on account of the San Gimignano municipality): € 1,50 per person per day, for a maximum of 5 days. Children under the age of 12 are exempted. This tax is not active in the months of November, December, January and February.

Rules for arrivals and departures:

• Arrivals: from 3 pm to 6 pm.
• Departures: within 10 am.
